I am a clinical psychologist specializing in psychodynamic play therapy and behavioral treatment with children, psychodynamic adolescent and adult psychotherapy and marital therapy and maintain a private practice in San Jose, California.
With over 20 years experience as a licensed psychologist, and as a graduate of Columbia University, specializing in object relations therapy, I am a private practitioner who works with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are depression and anxiety for which I incorporate a number of therapeutic approaches (including relaxation exercises and cognitive behavioral techniques).
I help my clients to gain perspective about the concerns that have motivated them to seek therapy. I listen carefully and provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. By integrating complementary methodologies and techniques, my treatment approach offers a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
